Previous Committee Members
Moving from Scotland, I became Head of Junior King’s in 2017. We are a King’s family; my husband is Head of University Admissions and my children have greatly benefited from being at the school. Junior King’s is caring and inclusive and my role is very varied and interesting. It is a privilege to work with the Friends’ Committee whose contribution is vitally important for our school community. I am immensely grateful to our team of parents who dedicate time and energy to the fun charity events.
The Roberts family joined JKS in September 2016. Camilla became a member of the Friends Committee in the Lent term of 2018, and was Chair of the Committee from September 2018 until November 2020.
My son Tom, 8MK joined the school in 2014 and I had the privilege of serving on the FJKS Committee from 2018 - 2021 as Secretary, Classlist Administrator and Second Hand Uniform assistant. I treasure the many friendships made and the memories of the fun we had, as we delivered events and raised money for the school and other charities.
Hello! I’m Eni and my family has been a part of this great school community since September 2014. I have a daughter in Pre-Prep, a son in Middle School and my eldest is a day pupil in Removes at the King’s School. I look forward to seeing you around.
I have two beautiful daughters at Junior King’s, attending Year 6 and Year 3. We joined this wonderful school in September 2019. What drew us to JKS was the level of professionality we observed in its teachers and administrators. From the moment we stepped into the Head Mistress’s office, my husband and I knew our children were going to be happy and looked after. I have been honoured with the task of Chairing the FJKS Committee since November 2020.
My daughter has been at JKS since Reception and is now in Year 8 and preparing for senior school. It has been wonderful to see her learn and grow in such a supportive and friendly place. She has made lovely friends as have my husband and I as part of the school community.
We have been a JKS family since 2019 and now have two boys attending, one in nursery and one in reception. The passion for learning, warmth of the community and charm of the school have made the whole family feel at home here. I look forward to seeing the boys grow and find their interests at JKS. Meanwhile, I hope to contribute what I can to the JKS family through the committee.
My daughters moved to JKS in 2020. I have been most impressed by the professionalism shown by the teachers, their attention to details, and their excellent communication with parents; providing me with much reassurance that my daughters are well looked after, in an environment which allows them to grow and prosper. I am extremely honoured to be part of the FJKS Committee, to work with and support other parents.
My daughter has been at JKS since Nursery. It has been wonderful to see her grow in leaps and bounds in such a supportive and friendly place. We feel choosing JKS was the best decision for our daughter. The school has helped and supported in every way to build on her interests and strengths.

I have two children who have been at Junior Kings and are now both at Senior King’s. I have continued on the committee this year to help keep some connection going between the parents within the two schools .I hope once COVID restrictions lift we might be able to work on this further, in the future.
My son Theo, now Head Boy in year 8, started at Junior King's in Reception. I joined the Friend's after being inspired by the great work that the committee does. I have been involved with many Friend's events and have organised Welcome Cream Teas, dancers for the 1920's ball and have run the Second-Hand Uniform Shop. I also work at Canterbury Christ Church University as a Reader in Dance Education.
Mother to Nicholas in year 7 and William in year 6. Also teach RS to years 7 and 8.
My son Santino has been at the school since he was in little barn. It has been a happy time for him. He is now in year 4.
I joined Junior King’s in Jan 2021, my daughter Sophie is in Y5. We are very grateful that during the lockdown the School has done its very best to help our daughter through many challenges. She is already making great friends, learning new skills, and enjoys her school days and the delicious meals! The JKS family has been a great place to support new parents, such as myself, with openness and warmth; I am delighted to be a member of the FJKS Committee and support this wonderful School.
